I understand I am being trained by XO Hair Pro, (Vallay Holdings, LLC). They will train me to the best of their knowledge and cannot be held responsible for anything I do after my training. Hair extension application, money managing and running a business takes practice, consistency and commitment. Your work should be clean, precise and movable in any direction before you charge your customer.
I understand there are no refunds, no exceptions. If you can’t attend due to illness, or any other circumstance, you may transfer your ticket to an appropriate replacement.
I understand I will not use the XO Hair Pro copy or written information for any other types of training purposes and will not teach the trained techniques for 3 years.
I have read and understand the contents above. I have received no unrealistic warranties or guarantees with the respect to be realized from, or consequences of the aforementioned training.
Non disclosure agreement: during the term of this agreement, and their after for a period of three years, student agrees that it shall not, without the prior written consent of the training provider, disclose any instruction of the hair, extension, procedures, and business techniques provided by XO Hair Pro.
Student agrees not to share, trade, seller, otherwise disclose in any intellectual property from XO Hair Pro. Such property includes the hair, extension, application procedure, such as training, others, online, print, video or in person, or hands-on with models, including Nikki Layne’s Signature Weft Method.
Force Majeure: XO Hair Pro shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations. If the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside, it’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply. XO Hair Pro shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. You will be scheduled in the next available course. If those dates are not convenient to you then you may schedule another date within 90 days of your original class date.
There is a no bullying, no gossip, no hate, and no violence policy for the workshop. If XO Hair Pro witnesses any of the above stated behaviors, she can terminate students from the class. I understand that I will not post anything negative online about XO Hair Pro, or any of the attendees.
I understand I can take notes and take pictures, but there is no videoing allowed.
